General Ordering & Delivery
I would like to place an order. Are you able to deliver on the day I place my order or do I need to order in advance?
You can place your order via our online store at any time of the day. However, we require a minimum of two days’ notice for delivery to process your order in good time.
We recommend choosing self-collection as an option for advance orders.
Are your prices the same as in store?
Yes, they are. All the prices on our online store are identical to the prices in our brick-and-mortar stores.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not have a minimum quantity requirement and you are welcome to order as many or as few of each item as you wish.
But if you wish to enjoy our free delivery, do make sure your order is aleast $65 and above.
Where will my order be prepared and dispatched from?
All orders will be dispatched from and fulfilled by the nearest location from your delivery address unless a pick up location is selected by you.
Do you offer self-collection as an option?
Yes we do! To opt for self-collection, simply make the appropriate selections at Checkout. There are no charges for self-collection.
Self-collection is available at all our stores:
Bukit Batok, Hougang and Telok Blangah (from 1pm till 1am daily, except Mondays)
Please select your preferred date for collection at checkout for us to have your order ready for your collection.
Do you offer island-wide delivery?
Yes, we deliver to most places in Singapore. Please note that additional charges may apply to certain more remote locations as well as locations with restricted access.
What do you charge for delivery?
You can enjoy free delivery when your order is $65 and above, otherwise delivery charge will be $20 for all locations*.
We are also able to offer a discounted delivery rate for large orders to multiple locations. For more information, drop us a line at email@example.com and we would be happy to help.
If you are sending a gift, we encourage you to ensure your recipient is at home to receive your order. Any failed delivery attempts may incur an additional charge for redelivery.
I would like my order to be a surprise – can you leave my name out when making the delivery?
Sure! If you have placed an order, the sender's details will not appear anywhere in the order slip so unless you have indicated your name in the gift tag message, your identity will be kept a secret.
What payment options do you accept?
We welcome most major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and are able to take payment via digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I made an error with my order details! What should I do?
If you have made a mistake in keying in some or part of your order, billing or delivery details, do reach out to us with your order number and information on the order details to be corrected and we will make every effort to assist.

I've placed my order! How will I know if my order is on its way to me?
Once the team receives your order, an email notification will be sent to you once your order is confirmed.
Do note that if our drivers encounter any challenges with completing your delivery, they may reach out to you (or the recipient) directly on the day of delivery for further instructions.
The recipient of my order isn’t at home. What can I do?
Due to the volume of deliveries we complete daily, we usually extend a grace period for recipients to accept their deliveries as ice creams if not kept in proper condition will be discard. In the event that the recipients are not home, and we are unable to reach them for instructions to leave the order at the delivery address, the order will be returned to our kitchen. While we do our best to accommodate redelivery of such failed deliveries later in the day, this is ultimately subject to availability in our delivery schedule; additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery. If you are placing an order as a gift for a friend, we recommend giving the recipient a heads up about the delivery to ensure they can be present at the delivery location to receive the order.
My order has arrived but there are some issues with it (for example, missing or damaged items). Who can I contact?

Gifting, Corporate & Events Orders
I’m hoping to order a large number of ice creams, would you be able to offer a discount?
Sure! Do drop us a line at email@example.com so we can assess the details of your order and provide you with a detailed quote.
Alternatively, enjoy complimentary standard delivery on us for orders $65 and above.
I'm hoping to cater for my event from Lickers, is this possible?
Yes, we would be more than happy to help! We would be happy to work with you to create a selection to suit your party size and event type; we offer a variety of options, from live-scooping, single serve cups and fresh crisp waffles. Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org with what you have in mind and we will do our best to assist.
How long can I keep the ice creams I have purchased and how should I store them?
Our ice creams are best consumed within 2 weeks of purchase for optimal taste. The longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture.
Once you got your hands on our pints, always remove the foam bag before storing the pints in your freezer.
If you have purchased ice creams from us and do not plan to return home immediately, your ice creams should keep well in our foam bag for 45 minutes outdoors as long as it is not placed under direct heat. If you intend to explore the area around our stores, we would be glad to hold on to your ice creams for you at our store until you are ready to head home!
Are your food and ice creams halal?
We are not a halal-certified establishment, and some of our ice creams contain alcohol (for example, our Rum & Raisin).
Any flavours for vegans and lactose-intolerant?
Yes! We have non-dairy flavours, mainly sorbets. But our flavours in stores are on rotation. Kindly ask our staffs for assistance if you have any food allergies.

Can I make a reservation to dine-in?
Sorry, we currently do not take in reservations.
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are the same through all our scoop shops. Tuesday to Thursday 1pm - 2am, Friday to Sunday 12pm - 2am
(Mondays are blue, We're closed)
What are your charges for hosting a private event in-store?
We welcome private event bookings at our scoop shops. For more information on our capacities and rates, email us at email@example.com.
Do you have Wifi & power points in your stores? Can I work or study there?
We currently do not offer free WiFi at all our stores. The availability of power points will vary from store to store and we would recommend visiting our stores to check on the availability of tables located closer to the power points.
