Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any ice cream, frozen desserts, or food items once they have been sold or delivered.

2. Refunds & Replacements – When Are They Allowed?

 


We will offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
